FACILITIES

Our facilities include a brand new 12 stall barn with top of the line 12x12 matted stalls. Our indoor arena is 70ft wide by 170ft long with an attached heated viewing room. From the viewing room you have a great view of our arena allowing visitors a comfortable and warm way to watch our riders work their horses. We supply coffee and there is a fridge available as well. Our outdoor arena measures 70ft wide by 200ft long. We pride ourselves in keeping our facility clean and organized, management lives on site.

In our barn we have a hot wash rack, tack-room, heated bathrooms and an heated office/tack-room. Boarders each have a locker available to store tack and personal items. Each stall has a dutch door and window to the outside as well as a sliding door on the inside giving access to the 12 foot aisles. Our barn is very well ventilated and light and without the arena attached to the barn it keeps the dust levels down, ensuring clean air for our horses.

Our horses are turned out daily in individual grass pastures.

Dutch Mills Farm is located next to Pilchuck Tree Farm, allowing us to ride on endless miles of trails year round. It is a great opportunity for both horse and rider to leave the arena on a regular basis and enjoy a different scenery!

Our 2010 board rate is $600/month. This amount is all inclusive, including daily turn-out in grass paddocks, blanket changes, all feed and trailer parking, there are never any surcharges added to your bill. This way it is easy to plan for your monthly expenses!
